The collaboration of owners Jacob & Alicia Sessoms, the Tod’s staff, and the supportive community of Historic Montford has combined to make Tod’s cafe what it is today. Tod is now over 3 years old, thanks for the love Montford!
At Tod’s we strive to make “real” food–completely from scratch–with only the essential ingredients. For example, for our hummus & falafel we soak dried garbonzo beans, toast & grind whole spices, peel local garlic, and juice fresh lemons.
The key to our heralded burgers is that they are hand-pattied with fresh & local Brasstown beef. We are also fortunate to serve their ground pork, mixed fresh with nothing but salt & spices for our breakfast sausage. On a homemade bun or biscuit… you can’t find a more delicious value in town!
We proudly serve Smiling Hara tempeh! Along with our tahini sauce, housemade hot sauce, seasonal vegetables, and traditionally fermented kimchi–its easy to create a delicious meal free of animal products.
